We were so lucky to receive a donation from the Drumgath Ladies Group for the school garden. Kieran, from Gardening for Schools, sourced bulbs and shrubs and small trees and worked hard in the freezing cold to put them in before Christmas. He was joined by Mr Sean Burns, our school neighbour, grandparent and past pupil this afternoon who tipped the soil and cleared the verges of soil and muck. Kieran persuaded Sean to plant a tree with his three granddaughters.
